We sell property for our clients. This is our main aim - and where we direct our energies.

As the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, however, we have access to other professionals involved in the property industry, and are able through our contacts to put you in touch with them.

HIPs:

The coalition government has suspended HIPs (Home Information Packs), but there is still a requirement for a property to have an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and our provider is able to supply these at an extremely competitive price.

Conveyancing:

You will need a conveyancer to handle the legal process when you buy or sell your home. We have solicitors and conveyancers in Bourne, Peterborough, and also online who will be pleased to provide you with a competitive quotation - please ask for details.

We sell many properties to buy to let investors, but as we don’t handle rental properties ourselves, we are able to put you in touch with firms who do. Please ask us for details.

Mortgages
