Quentin Rigby has worked for Norman Wright & Hodgkinson, a firm of some repute who were then acquired back in the mid 1980’s by a large national chain of estate agents, for whom Quentin continued

to work, running offices in the Peterborough, Essex, and South Lincolnshire areas.

In February 1997, Quentin decided that it was time to break free from the large corporate umbrella, recognising that as an independent estate agent, he would be able to react more dynamically to the rapid changes in the market.

At this time, Quentin joined forces with Mark Bogusz who had many years of experience in the financial services industry, and the firm Quentin Marks came to be.

Mark brought many skills to the partnership, using his experience to provide support to help people realise their ideal of buying that dream home.

Since opening back in 1997, Quentin Marks has continued to develop, expanding where necessary, and has embraced the latest technology, yet been careful to remember that selling property is a people business.

Both Mark & Quentin are local people who have many contacts, and in recruiting staff, have been keen to ensure that their team is complemented by people of a similar nature, who are highly motivated to help people move home.
